“I recently ordered filters from this supplier and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The filter I received was incorrect, which was already frustrating enough.
However, what made matters worse was the lack of timely assistance. It took a full week for the supplier to provide the return process. This delay has created significant inconvenience for me, especially considering that I needed the correct filter as soon as possible.
I expected better service and prompt resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this supplier. I hope they can improve their processes in the future to avoid similar issues for other customers.”
