I requested a replacement for the damaged item but still no responses after several weeks. Have to file a dispute with my paypal
Voomi. accepted the dispute and refunded my money. I went ahead and order a new motor and capacitor from a different company. The whole mishandled took about 5 weeks. We did not have any AC for 5 weeks and it was a HOT Summer.”
