“I was looking for a flue collector box for my Goodman furnace. Called Voomi for help to find the correct part for I was not sure exactly what part I needed.
I found no way to talk to a real person when I called. Just got ran around with automated responses.
I looked my model number up on the website and ordered what I thought was right. When it came it was not the right one.
I asked to return it and a refund. It took forever to finally get a refund and when I did there was a 20% restocking fee. This is bull. If someone could have answered the phone when I called and help me to make sure I was getting the correct part, this could have been avoided.
I ended up calling Supply house. Within one minute I was talking to a REAL person who helped me get the correct part. REAL PERSON REAL SERVICE
I will never use Voomi again for anything.
I am also posting this review on Facebook and other online heating and cooling help forums to inform everyone else to stay away from this company to avoid headaches and problems that I had dealing with them.”
