“The valve was delivered on time and in perfect condition along with two hoses, 1/2-3/4 adapters, some screws/anchors, and instructions. It was clearly a new item never opened. Outside of the two hoses being a bit short, the NaviCirc valve installed easily and has worked as expected. It has also been very quiet. So far, the NaviCirc use of domestic cold water line for recirculation return has worked better than I expected. I paired it with a Navien NPE-240A2. No recirculation input branch was needed (can use the cold water inlet). Setup was as simple as turning the internal valve to "external" and some menu configuration.”
