“The inducer does not fit the models it shows it fits, therefore I had to return it. We requested the return the 2nd it arrived. Then told we have to not only pay the original shipping which is fine expected but also the return shipping! Then also a 20% restocking fee! So not only is my heat not fixed yet for another month or so but I have to return the item and wait for my return to be inspected to hear back on if it satisfys your people and I get back less then half my original price! Then I got to pay double to get the correct part! I’m a single mother and we had no heat now for 5 months!! And counting! And now you get the pet back to resell plus almost all the money for free!! Because you put the wrong part w the wrong furnaces!! Extremely unfair, unjust and wrong. All ur doing is profiting off low income hurting families to gain a fortune! Sad very sad! I won’t ever purchase from u again!”
