“Although Voomi had the part I needed, it arrived damaged and I advised Voomi the same day... who told me to file a claim with FedEx. Unfortunately, when trying to file my damage claim with FedEx, I was told the shipper had already filed a claim and I couldn't file a claim as the recipient. I'd spoken to Tim at Voomi several times who assured me they would rectify it and call me back, but still nothing...after 5 weeks of trying. Customer service seems lacking.”
Hi Mark. Thanks for your feedback. You notified us that your product was damaged, but requested to keep it and asked us for a "Scratch and Dent" discount -- we refunded you $40 because of the damage the same day as your request. We still filed a claim with Fedex for the damage, and let you know that it would be 60-90 days before we heard back from them -- which we still have not. As we told you when the claim was filed, we will be happy to reach out to you when FedEx replies regarding this claim. We appreciate your patience and your business.
