“I didn’t even open it. I tried to cancel the order not long after I placed it as I repaired the one I had. Shipping was so expensive I won’t be ordering from Voomi anymore.”
Hi Richard, we're very sorry to hear this. We are able to cancel orders within 30 minutes of when the order is placed. We do our best to accommodate requests after this, but once the order goes to fulfillment, we are not always able to do this. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
