“Voomi has been bad. Didn't get multiple things. Their description sucks. This unit came not charged. Being a fully charged system is the ONLY reason someone would buy a Mr. cool. I'm not sure who is at fault here because Voomi is so slow at resolving anything. I buy multiple units a year, this was the first and last time using Voomi. very disappointed!!”
