“Placed my order on a Tuesday afternoon simple $250 something for shipping get an email on Friday my shipment is out for delivery. Called my customer waiting on delivery and nothing Saturday get a email it was moved 20 from facility to downtown. (My house was only 20 minutes away). Monday I get another email it's loaded again and out for delivery. Call my customer again (who is not too happy with waiting all weekend no ac.) And guess what nope no delivery again but I watched the app and saw the truck driving pass my garage. That night i gat blasted on Facebook for stealing an old lady's money. Had fun trying to explain how i was wanting on shipping to the Facebook community. Tuesday afternoon a week later I finally get the compressor called my customer and they had already hired another hvac company to come do the work. So voomi sales is good the shipping company is trash.”
“I bought this compressor to replace the undersized and low subcooling from my compressor. part arrived in a reasonable time, the price is lowest compared to the other brands (LG is not a well-known and not my favorite brand when it comes to compressor, but it's working and saving me some money for now). Installed and did all that required and it has been working fine since.”
