“My air conditioner compressor went out and I recently purchased an AR57KP-BFV from Voomi. I had it installed and unfortunately it didn’t work. It had a short in it. I called the company and have gotten nothing but a run around. I call everyday trying to get a replacement with no avail. Therefore I had to purchase another compressor because of the high temperature. Now all I am asking for is a refund, and I will send the non working compressor back. My mother sent pictures and the information back that was requested and was told that it would be turned over to management. We are still waiting to hear back! Due to the 115 -118 degree temperatures and my medical issues I am very unhappy with the service I have received so far.

And that's not even including labor costs to unweld compressor.

“I purchased a remanned Arrco compressor from Voomi. They shipped it promptly and had the best price on it I could find on the internet. I paid to have the compressor installed and unfortunately a day and a half after it was professionally installed the compressor failed. I left a less than stellar review of the unit on the companies website due to the failure of the compressor. I was shocked when Dylan from Voomi reached out to assist me with getting a warranty claim filed with Arrco for the failure. He was extremely accomodating and understanding, and handled all the warranty paperwork and provided a return shipping label for the tag that needed to be returned for Arrco to warranty the failed compressor. So while my experience with the Arrco compressor was not a good one and I was out $1200 for the install on it, my experience with Voomi has been absolutely one of the best I have ever recieved. Dylan went above and beyond to correct the issue the best he could. I greatly appreciated his assistance in getting the warranty claim filed and a refund on the failed unit.
