“found a few of bend on the corners and side when I received the item. the pan is still workable but not looking good. I contacted customer service immediately and after they got more details then send me a new one in a couple of days. the new one looks great and support service as well. thanks for Voomi efforts!”
“I order a 32x36 drain pan. They sent me a 36x36 pan. Submit an RMA ticket. They ask me to submit picture of the item I received. I replied and submitted pictures like they requested. Now they goshting me. I have to put in a claim with my credit card company and let the credit comp deal with these people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VOOMIN Seller !!!!!”
