“The product was indeed what I needed .. However , it was not packaged very well and it appears to be a used unit not new ... The remote was also incorrect , I was sent a cool only remote when a heat pump remote was needed . And my package did not arrived within the promised 3-6 business days window .. Lastly , voomi reps responded and got my package delivered. I cannot say at this time if I as a business owner can rely on voomi for any further purchases”
