“When ordering this item there was nothing about returns on it. Couldn’t find this part and this company was the only one that had it, not even the manufacturer had it. With that being said I urgently jumped on it, since we haven’t had a furnace for a month now. After receiving the product ( control board) come to find out it’s not the right part after all. I emailed for a return. Got a email 2 days later stating they don’t take returns for them. Well great that’s a $600 part, resulting in having to buy a brand new furnace. So this expensive brand new part can sit and collect dust. Really disappointed in hidden returns.”
