“I'd rate the pad a solid 5 stars. Voomi had a very attractive price. I had to email and call them multiple times before it was shipped (it was in stock and claimed 1-2 days to ship). Item arrived missing some parts and again calls & emails with no action. BTW, not once did anyone answer their customer support phone number - I had to leave a message and wait at least an hour for a callback.
I ended up contacting the manufacturer and they answered their phone and resolved the problem promptly.
I would NOT recommend this seller at all.”
