“Pump end was installed and it ran for 45 minutes. I called a couple of times and could not hear the young lady on the other end due to the phone crackling all the time. She even tried calling our number but again the static was too bad to carry on a conversation. The pump end was shipped to us next day air and was put into service immediately. It was a replacement unit. When trying to return the item as defective to Voomi part of the return request was they wanted a HVAC person to issue a statement as to what was wrong. A plumber installed the unit as he has done in the past. We are now almost 2 weeks out and my customer could not wait and purchased another unit elsewhere Otherwise all of his plants would be dead . How does this unit get returned? I have the information from the original shipper but I suspect you will need a RMA from them prior to our sending it back. I am very disappointed in Voomi.”
