“I ordered a 5 ton goodman 21" evaporator, they sent a 24". Was able to make it work for this job. Seems a little like a bait and switch to me. Send anything they want that is "equivalent." 5 ton condenser had a crushed corner. I sent them info with websites contact us feature. Never heard back. The line set is the only part of the order without issue. The shipping was fast.”
