“I bought a light for our HVAC system for $186 and had to return it and only received $122 back, net of a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping. I received the correct product in a timely manner but returns happen and to take one third of the purchase price back to facilitate such is not right. I did not learn this until I requested a return label so hopefully I am sparing someone else the pain. For this reason I would not do business with Voomi.”
