“I can’t write a review of the product, because I still have not received it. I have called and emailed about the issue. During the call on Friday I was told that I would be called back with an update. It is now Monday and still no call. I sent a response with the chat system. I did receive an email saying they were looking into the issue. Still have no other follow up. I was on hold for almost 20minutes. The fed ex tracking says it has not even left. Now, I have an extremely upset customer and I still have no product or follow-up.”
