“This works as advertised however it is not a direct replacement as the wiring harness is different. The original motor had a 6 pin connector on the harness and this does not - it simply has longer wires. Not a big deal, but you do have to do a little extra work to remove the old connector wires so you can run the new (connector-less) wires to the right spots. In my opinion, this is an improvement as the old connector served little purpose and was just extra resistance in the circuit.”
