“The product I received is not what I ordered and the shipping allowed all the containers to open and spill the soap. I emailed with no response. After unsubscribing, I receive an email to review. The Tuff Scrub (what I ordered) is great and we have been using it for years. I'll keep looking for a vendor who carries it.”
“I ordered Tuff-Scrub TS1600 and I was shipped Full Bore Hand Scrub. I don't know why I was'nt shipped what I ordered but I hope the Full Bore product is as good as Tuff Scrub because I know it works well. I am not happy for not being shipped what I ordered and wonder why you idiots would ask me to review a product you failed to ship me!!! I will never tell anyone to order anything from this company!”
