“Your company never sent me the package. I called four times, sent 3 emails, and interacted on your web page but still you haven't fix the problem. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is the worse company I've dealt with when it comes to getting someone on the phone and actually providing real customer service..... Buyer's beware
Really, I've been told that your company would reach out to me over and over again. To date, this is the fastest response I've ever received and it's due to this negative review. If I had read a review like mine, I would have never been in this situation because I would have done business elsewhere. Now you have learned what it means to value a customer and not ignore the complaints in-house.
