“I did not receive this item. I received a cushion panel half the size . I was told that it was a misprint on the website. I emailed three times before they removed it from the website. I am still waiting for my cushion panels. I will not be ordering anything in the future. I keep emailing voyage. They said that I was not in when the courier delivered. No despatch email or text ,no card through the door. Now they say they are waiting for it to come back to them before they can re post . I just don't know what else I can do. This company doesn't function effectively .”

Dear Teresa, Thank you for leaving the above feedback. We have spoken several times regarding your order. Due to an issue with the description on our website, you were sent the incorrect items. We issued a full refund to you and agreed for you to keep what you have for free as well as picking another fabric panel to be sent to you free of charge as a gesture of apology. Unfortunately the delivery driver had made multiple attempts to deliver your free of charge panels but these were unsuccessful ( we have also sent you copies of the tracking detail) After the third attempt to deliver was unsuccessful we had to wait for the goods to be sent back to us before we could re-despatch to you. If you would like to discuss this further, please call us on 0141 641 1700. I have also attempted to call you today 06/03/23 to try and get this resolved.
