“I ordered 4 pairs of 45 lb Alpha Bumper Plates. One of the plates came slightly discolored and I submitted an exchange request. Vulcan did not offer an exchange for the discoloration but did give me a gift certificate towards my next purchase. Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the discolored plate shown in the photo.”
