“I'm loving these 15lb Alpha plates. They slide onto the bar so smoothly. I really noticed a difference between sliding these on to the bar vs the other competition bumper plates I have. I know it's a weird thing to comment on, but it's nice that they slide on and off easily. Quality seems to be great. I use these mostly on wrist and ankle days, but also use them for serving trays while watch tv... get some!”
