“Purchased the 3x3 because that’s what was available. Took me about 30 minutes to put together, straight forward easy assembly. Highly suggest a socket set. Overall great piece of equipment. My main reason for purchase was I needed a GHD that for sure was gonna fit me. I’m 6’7” 265lbs. I have plenty of room and feel super stable while performing movements on this GHD. My 12 year old hopped on it and he’s 5’2” and we made it fit to his stature no problem. Overall I highly recommend this GHD. Delivered quickly, easy assembly, and once assembled and all bolts are snugged down it doesn’t budge or wobble. Very happy with purchase.”

“A great addition to my home gym. The quality and finish are exceptional, easy to put together and move around as needed. During assembly, I had some issues and their customer service was superb. Shipment was fast, they package their equipment well so it does not come with any dings or dents. This is the third item I buy from them, bumper plates and powerlifting bar previously, and their quality leaves nothing to be desired.”

“Having limited space, I was on the fence about adding a GHD to my garage gym. So glad I did. It gets used at least 3 workouts per week, whether it be abs, hams or back. Couldn't ask for better quality. With the possible exception of maybe a pad replacement here or there I see no reason why it won't last a lifetime or two.”

“Very good GhD machine. Very stable. I am a larger guy and this allows to me perform worry free exercises. By far the best GhD machine I have been on. Instructions are slightly vague. If you do not build often this may give you some issues.”

“GHD quality is great like most of the Vulcan products I have purchased. However I was missing the pieces that are like handles under the cushions. Works without out it but had to submit a ticket.”
