“Seems a little more heavy duty than a standard pair of spring collars and it has the benefit of the handle shape being further outwards from the plate thus allowing more to grab and squeeze. It came at no extra charge with my Alpha bumper plate and bar set so I'm happy.”

Thanks for the review. The spring collars should be very tight when purchased if they are of good quality like ours. Over time they will loosen. If they start off as being very easy to get on and off, over time they will be useless.

“Callars are a work of art, not something you normally read about simple spring collars...but they are. The quality and design is a just better than other basic spring collars. Grip is better, coil is thicker, handle grip is very nice. A classy item and easily worth the $15. Much better than the Rogue version and any other spring collars I have used.”

“I purchased the chrome spring collars to use on the Shorty Axle Bar and they have a snug fit. I don't do a lot of overhead drops, just occasionally for fun, so the spring clamps is all I needed. I give 4 stars because of the price being a couple $ more than others I have seen. Happy with my purchase. Thanks Vulcan for quality products!”
