“Pleasantly surprised with the 3x3 bench. It is the first Vulcan item I’ve purchased. Shipping included was a big plus. It is a very solid and sturdy bench. Very pleased with the grip on the bench pad as well. Very heavy for a flat bench which I prefer, but it may be a deterrent to someone who needs to move the bench often. Much heavier than the Rogue Utility Bench. I’ve owned both. Definitely a better value with Vulcan.”

“Made out of heavy metal and power coated. Will st and up to use as far as the team is consumed . Time will tell on the pad. Weights in at 62lbs. May only complaint is the time from order to shipping and being available it shouldn't take so long. If not in hurry I recommend Vulcan products.”

“My Vulcan flat bench came with the box in very good condition with all pieces and even a tool to put it together. The steel seems to be very good quality with a nice powder coating. This thing feels heavy duty and will probably easily be able to stand up to whatever I throw at it. The padding is excellent! It is far superior to what I’ve had on flat benches at the commercial gym I used to go to! The pad feels grippy and comfortable when I lay on it. I can’t wait to order more equipment from Vulcan once they get more stock!”
