“Over the past 4 months, I have finally outfitted my gym through Vulcan. I spent months researching quality and price of each piece of equipment. They had the most variety to outfit my gym for my needs. Their alpha plates are top notch. The quality put in to their bars is unmatched. As for their rubber hex dumbbells, the best on the market. The grips are far superior to any other. Their rigs were easy to put together and great to customize for my gym. Customer service was easy to work with when trying to find the right fit for my needs. 5 stars all the way around. Best brand on the market in my book.”

“Resilient and sturdy. Couldnt ask for a better product for a better price especially in comparison to the other brands. Unfortunately, something may be wrong with the shipping center because I have gotten two shipments at two different times and I am still missing one single upright for weight plate storage. Their customer service is fantastic though, so Im not worried. Its just a little frustrating. 1st world problems I guess.”

“The quality of the cage is amazing. Compared them to several other home gym suppliers and these guys have the best prices. Unfortunately, the 1st shipment arrived without the additional rack for weight storage. Their customer service is great and immediately sent out the necessary items. Even more unfortunate, today, as I got the rest of the items and asked the UPS driver if there were more, he said no. I only received one of the missing two uprights for the weight storage. I dont know where the second upright is. This is extremely frustrating. When all is said and done, I would still buy from them again. I just hope this isnt an issue with everybody else.”

“I purchased the Vulcan build your own power rack. 3x3 with 1 inch holes so should accommodate several other brand's attachments. 24 x 93 inch rack in the back, band pegs, 2 sets of pipe safeties to perform isometrics, sandwich j cups, Standard pull up bar in the front, front stabilizers and spotter arms to be able to work outside the rack. Went together very easily, fit and finish was excellent. All welds looked smooth and very professional. At almost 500lbs of steel this is a tank and feels extremely solid with zero wobble even without being bolted down yet. All attachments fit very well with limited play. I tend to be a person that goes away from the mainstream and looks off the beaten path, when comparing this rack to similar layouts of other brands it was tough to pass on this package. Throw in the free shipping and this really becomes an unreal value, even more so after getting it and seeing the quality first hand. No buyers remorse yet, now to put it through its paces and see how it holds up.”

“I used Build Your Own Rack and I’m extremely impressed with the quality of this equipment. I weighed my options with other popular racks and could not pass up the amount of equipment I got for the price offered by Vulcan. I didn’t see many reviews on the actual rack, but I took my chances. I assumed I would have to compromise on the quality a little bit for the price, but that was not the case at all. The rack is built like a tank and will no doubt last a lifetime. With a very limited amount of knowledge, it took me about one and a half hours to put together by myself. It looks great sitting in my garage and is the centerpiece of my gym. The only issue I found was the limited amount of places to put the landmine attachment. Going back to the drawing board and allowing the landmine to be attached at any angle of the rack would be helpful. However, this being the only issue I’ve had with the product, I’d say it is well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality rack for an amazing price.”
