“I've owned rogue, rep, gynway, uesaka, and titan, and the Vulcan is a great value curl bar. The bend angles are great for curls and skull crushers. Black oxide feels and looks good. The knurling is a bit inconsistent, but not a huge deal for a curl bar. It would be a 9 or 10 out of 10 if the finish was a bit better. At the end of the day I would recommend for someone who wants a good curl bar without breaking the bank.”

“Recently bought the Vulcan VR-70 Curl Bar. Love it. The bends are more aggressive than most other curl bars and the price is very reasonable. I also like that the heavy knurling extends across all hand positions on the bar. Last November I bought a Vulcan Prime Adjustable Bench. I love that it has 12 positions. The only other benches with that many positions are much more expensive. It is also nice and heavy. A quality product for sure.”

“The bar is good however when I got the bar, 1 of the edge of the sleeves was chipped and small stip of the bar lost or is missing the coating. However, it still works as expected.”

“Very pleased with the ergonomics of this curl bar, it works well for me. No strain on my wrists and the spacing of hand placement works well with my body. Quality of the bar overall is nice, although there were a few dings in the sleeves that made me question if this was possibly a clearance/scratch&dent bar. It didn’t affect function so I wasn’t extremely worried about it. Overall, great bar for the price and very comparable to more expensive brands.”

“This is related to my recent buy: the Vulcan EZ curl bar. Since I have 2 of their olympic bars already I knew the quality would be there. The EZ curl has good knurling and correct angles. Forget the rest and get the Vulcan EZ curl bar.”
