“was quoted free shipping on a $1500 order, ordered first week of august. was not informed until september that there would be an extra $100 fee for shipping, which was never quoted to us. Paid $100 fee for shipping immediately, was still 2 weeks before delivered to our school. when finally delivered to our school, they had no way to get 1000+ lbs off of the truck, so they just dumped it in front of our weight room, and our students had to unload all of it into the weight room. if you are ordering in bulk from this company, you are getting yourself into a huge mess. vehemently do not recommend.”

Corey, We definitely did not quote you free shipping. It clearly states on the product page that there is an additional charge of $65 per set. We only charged you $100 instead of the $260. We called your school and notified them of the fuel surcharge but unfortunately the message was not given to you or either you failed to respond to it. You did not respond to email we sent you either. There was other faculty that did call on your behalf and finally rectified the payment that was required. Corey, please read the product page that you ordered from as well as your order confirmation that you received. It clearly states that YOU and not the driver are responsible for unloading the truck unless you request a lift gate which you did not. We are sorry this was an inconvenience for you but it could have been easily resolved if you had responded to our emails and calls as well as reading the website and your order confirmation.

“I purchased a 230 lb bumper plates set and the Vulcan One bar. Everything shipped Fed Ex and only took five days from placing the order to receiving the shipment. The bumper plates are great quality (low bounce and noise when dropped on rubber mats). The bar is very nice as well. The knurling has that perfect balance of providing solid grip, but without destroying your hands and shins. The spin on the bar is also very nice for cleans and snatches. I will definitely be purchasing more plates in the future.”

“Researched alot of sets as a gift for my sons home gym and decided to purchase from Vulcan. He said that he liked Rogue and that would be what he would buy. After receiving the bumper plate set he said that he was surprised at the quality and design of the Vulcan plates and said he really liked them a lot.”
