“I purchased the V-Lock pound change plate set and am very happy with the product. They weigh what they say they weigh, are 100% rubber so I don’t have to worry about the inner ring wearing down and damaging my bar’s sleeves over time, and they stay put when doing more dynamic exercises like power cleans. I would recommend this to anyone as a high quality change plate option.”

“Quality product! They are well made, accurate, and fit perfectly on my Vulcan power bar. The paint on the lettering is less than perfect, but who cares? You could tell a 5lb from a 2.5lb plate from across the room.”

“Love the fit of the plates on the bar. The diameter is pretty large, definitely bulky on a women’s bar. However, same great quality as alpha bumpers. No collar needed. Slightly oily finish, just a quick wipe down. Great product.”

“I ordered the 15lbs set of black v-lock weight training discs with my Alpha Bumper Plates. I am happy I went ahead and grabbed these with the bumper plates. They look great and match fairly well with the Alpha's. I would purchase them again.”

“I ordered the 15-lb set of V-Lock change plates. Shipping and delivery were prompt. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Vulcan pays attention to details: each plate had an individual quality control sticker. The rubber is firm and straight, no bending or warping, a little thicker than I had expected. They stay on the bar without collars and are easy to put on and pull off (I’m using a Olympic bar with ribbed sleeves). These will look great next to black bumpers or Vulcan’s Alphas. The plates smell less than most new rubber products I’ve owned. Like all new rubber plates, there’s a protective coating on them that comes off with a towel. They are excellent change plates that are convenient, protect your bar, and will last for a long time. I definitely recommend them.”

“Very good set to add a bit more weight when you need it. These weights grip well and help hold all the plates together without needing a collar lock. They come a little greasy and it seems they changed the text compared to a few years back. Other than that, it’s a great product!”
