“Defective product customer service never returns phone calls. Hole for barbell was not made correctly so barbell will not go through. I have 2 useless 55lb bumper plates.”

Hi Tyler, Thank you for your comments. Please note that you can fill out a contact form on our website for any order issues that you may experience. I have provided the link here: https://www.vulcanstrength.com/help_answer.asp?ID=17#276 In regards to the bumper plates not fitting your barbell, we would need to know what type of barbell you have. It does not seem that you have ordered a Vulcan barbell. Unfortunately, there are many cheap and some not so cheap barbells on the market which are not made to exact tolerances. The inserts on our bumper plates are made to 50.4 mm +/- .03 mm tolerance. We can only guarantee our plates will fit on our bars and bars that are truly 50 mm within .25 mm +/- tolerance.

“I like these plates a lot. They’re my first plates I’ve ever owned but I like the quality and they do not smell like other plates. I also didn’t want clanky iron and something that would last a while. These aren’t cheap so save up and make the investment. I recommend completely.”
