“The plates have a subdued and slightly rough finish, which is perfect for unfinished floors and hard lifting. They're thin enough that you can have a lot of weight on the bar at one time. They arrived a little dirty but that's fine. The Marines in Camp Pendleton have these plates in their gyms (I've been there firsthand) so you know that you're getting a solid product.”
