“I bought a gift voucher online, which arrived two days after I purchased it. I was really happy with the quick arrival, but did note a couple of things that could be improved.
The gift voucher had been filled in with my name in the ‘from’ section. I was buying it on behalf of a group, so I would have preferred that field to be left blank.
The voucher was sent with a walker and hall carrier bag, which felt a wee bit wasteful for a gift voucher!
The gift voucher is slightly too long to fit in a standard greeting card, which then meant it couldn’t fit into an envelope with a card
