“The sample arrived promptly. Unfortunately it did not match my existing tiles. A gentlemen from Walls and floors phoned me to discuss the sample. He asked me to send some pictures of the tile i am trying to match. This request was appreciated by myself as it may have helped me resolve my issue.”
“The tiles look and are as described but! even though they been transported in a nicely packed box and safely tied onto a pallet it would have been even better if between each tile they would put something to protect the bottom one from scratching which they were. Thank you.”
