tiles are excellent quality and I like the finish which suits our use in a greenhouse. What impressed me above all was the customer service. Delivery truck couldn't pass under nearby bridge so the driver delivered the tiles by hand trolley almost 3rd of a mile. Beyond the call of duty but much appreciated.

The tiles are awful and not black and white as described. According to customer services they are meant to have an industrial look but it does that not say that in the description and it’s very misleading. They are greyish and are of a poor quality and look like a bird has pooed all over them or oil has been splashed across them. They don’t look clean and are a complete waste of money. If you are looking for tiles for your garage floor then these are perfect. Several tiles arrived broken as well. I’ve had no help trying to get a refund and making a return. Don’t buy tiles from this company.

Very good looking, substantial tiles. Their distressed look is perfect to add a lived-in appearance to a brand new kitchen. My tiler found that the ideal gap is 3mm, to allow the pattern to match and the cement grey grout was an ideal complement. Individually the tiles look almost a very dark brown but once laid are most definitely black!

These give a really good vintage/worn look on our downstairs loo. So, we ordered more to donor utility room ! Just check each tile when you received them as we had a few that had nibbles out the corner… not a big deal for us as we used them for ones that were being cut and had ordered about 10% extra. We also found that due to a slight bevel on the edge we couldn’t properly use a 2mm spacer when laying them otherwise the grout line was thicker than the groove within the tile… and that looks awful. So we kind of just poked the spacers half way in to get the correct gap. All in all though, a stunning tile.

These tiles are a really striking feature in my new bathroom and look great with a free standing bath. They’re not slippy when wet which is a bonus. All round I’m very pleased with them.
