“I have used this company five times and they are exceptional in terms of value for money and customer service. I have found that some companies can be a bit precious when it comes to delivery (kerbside only, no steps etc.) but the delivery drivers for Walls and Floors could not be more helpful. They are absolutely brilliant. The last time I had a delivery I was not actually on site and not only did the driver Liam offer to carry all the tiles down the steps at the front of the property he actually put them inside the communal hallway to ensure they were kept dry and safe. I can not tell you what a great relief this is when you are off site. Also the customer service teamsimply couldn't be friendlier and more efficient. Fantastic company. 100% reccomend.”
