I chose Walls and Floors as they had a store based in England I know it's not close to where I live but it's better than the companies abroad if I had any problems. The web-site Q&A's on the products were a good feature in helping me decide on the tiles. They also had a good selection of pictures and videos on the product which is great.
There's nothing better though to make sure it the tile I wanted than to have a actual sample which I ordered and this came quickly and well packaged.
Once decided I ordered the tiles and delivery was again quick and the delivery person was kind enough to wheel the pallet into our garage.
