“Love this tile but would advise to check order carefully as some of the tiles are fragile and break easily. I had to contact customer service to have a number of broken tiles replaced. This was resolved very quickly and with no fuss, very impressed with the service.”
“Sample tile was in much better condition than the tiles themselves. They are stunning, we admit, but there were broken ones, poorly glued ones which came apart, some had glue coming through to the front, much thicker/different depths than the sample tile led us to believe. But the end result is still gorgeous.”
