“Sample tile was in much better condition than the tiles themselves. They are stunning, we admit, but there were broken ones, poorly glued ones which came apart, some had glue coming through to the front, much thicker/different depths than the sample tile led us to believe. But the end result is still gorgeous.”
“The product itself was not great compared to the ones we purchased from elsewhere. It chips and breaks easily. However it costs nearly 50% less, and is value for money.”
“Tiles are really good, and colour variation is brilliant. They can be brittle due tot he nature of split-face so I'd recommend careful handling. Some tiles can be significantly thicker than others, which is good for the overall uneven look, but cna be difficult when tiling a specific area.
Having said that, I would buy again, and have recommended them to my in-laws”
