“Just started putting tiles on kitchen wall and they look very good quality. Plus the wife loves them lol.
When courier delivered tiles he said one box was broken and they weren’t on a pallet. I was sent a photo of tiles on pallet so courier must have lost that.
Rang up about tiles being damaged give them pic and details and they sent a new box straight out. Very good company to deal with”
“Whilst these tiles look beautiful, we had some issues with the size of them.
The sizing across the tiles is inconsistent - some are up to 5mm longer or wider than others. This meant we couldn't use these in the pattern we originally wanted, and it took our tilers longer than anticipated to tile our room as time was spent finding tiles which would fit together.
The final look in our bathroom is great - it just included extra effort than we anticipated.”
