“Pallet arrived, we were unable to check all the tiles immediately, we checked the first few boxes and all seemed fine. When we unloaded the tiles an entire pack was broken in to pieces. I appreciate we were late calling but the flat ‘no we can’t help, you’re late calling” was still frustrating, seeing as the tiles were clearly broken on arrival and had been paid for.”

Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that one pack arrived damaged.
Due to the nature of the product, damages can sometimes occur in transit. I cannot seem to find any calls from the number provided on your order to look into this for you.
