“I had been looking for the slated panels for some time but wanted panels and wanted the wood effect on all three sides, not just the face side with black edges like most suppliers offer..!
I found Walls and floors advertised on Instagram showing that there panels had the wood effect on all three sides and logged onto their website and ordered FOC samples at this stage. The samples arrived in days and was sent all three options that i had requested and this gave me the perfect opportunity to look at the colour variations in the room where they will be applied.
I then placed my order the following day, however
as i was purchasing 7 panels i wanted to discuss delivery with someone in person, and the customer service representative was extremely helpful, and gave me full reassurance on the delivery. i ordered the panels at 1pm and all 7 panels were delivered next day in the specified time.
All panels were very well packaged, and pleased to say that none had arrived damaged, not even a slight mark.
I am very pleased with the service and extremely happy with the panels as they look fantastic in situ.
Would recommend these panels and will be buying again for next room.”
