Website was easy to order from. I ordered some samples which were free and arrived quickly. My only gripe with those is that the felt backings weren't straight on most of them so you couldn't accurately use them to work things out. They did give you a great visual idea of what you were ordering though which is what they're meant for. It would just be nice to have them come with accurately cut felt backing. I had two that had the correct lip on them so I was able to use them to work out how many panels I'd need.
After ordering my panels they turned up 2 days later which was great, delivery was great too due to tracking ability and heads up of a rough time and then a phone call on the morning when I was next on the delivery slot.
The panels themselves are very nice, they were well packaged and look very premium.
Haven't had chance to hang them yet but I can't forsee any problems arising out of anything but my own DIY skills that would negatively impact my review.
Great experience overall, I will use them again. One more gripe was that the panels were on 'sale' at the time, with a countdown timer so I rushed a little bit only to find out the next day after the sale ended that it had started again for another 5 days. Common tactics I guess but quite annoying.”
