“When I decided to decorate my bedroom I wanted to do something that stood out so I did some research and came across the Walls and Floors page. Their wood panelling for walls looked really impressive but I wasn’t sure if it would look as good in real life. I decided to order a sample which arrived the next day and was a decent size for me to get a good enough feel about how it would look so I placed my order. Accidentally I chose the wrong week for delivery so I emailed Walls and Floors. They emailed me back the next morning and they amended my delivery date to the one I wanted straight away with no fuss.
The panels arrived when they said they would and the person who delivered them was really helpful.
The panels were easy to cut to size and fit to the walls. The adhesive worked so well and quick but be careful as once they’re on the wall they stick pretty fast.
The result was amazing and I’m so glad I bought them as it’s transformed my otherwise pretty dull bedroom. And I’m glad I bought them from Walls and Floors as their product was as good as it looked on their website, the service was very good and the delivery was fast and efficient. Thank you!”
“I was impressed with the sample I sent for. I even practiced cutting it gently with a jigsaw and it cut perfectly. Ordering process and delivery for the panels excellent. Unfortunately, the panels supplied appear to be of different quality so maybe a different production run. The blue coating seems thinner. My attempts at cutting (in exactly the same way as with the sample) resulted in the coating splitting away 10-15mm from the cut on each slat. The following morning I tried a different cutting method on the next panel, first using a sharp knife to cut through the felt from the back, then turning over and using a very fine hand held saw to gently cut each slat - and this worked OK albeit time consuming. The coating can mark easily so you need to be careful. I am going to try to touch up where necessary with a matching blue paint. Their appearance when unpacked is lovely, and once in place they should look superb.”
