We understand how frustrating it can be when the product does not meet your expectations. We apologize if the tile you received appeared more grey than blue. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
To ensure we improve our services and products, we would be grateful if you could provide us with more details regarding your purchase. We do currently offer this tile in 2 different grey colourways and would like to rule out whether or not this has been a mis-pick of product.
