“I wasn't convinced about these tiles from the website, but I fell in love with these tiles as soon as I saw them in person. We were dithering over tiles for our newly fitted kitchen in a fern (muddy grey-green) colour. I had a large back-splash to fill behind the hob and wanted something special there instead of a plain classic tile. The Lucy tiles were perfect. The colours in the tiles are very earthy and suit the units beautifully. They add to the 'collected over time' look we are going for. They were pretty easy to work with, despite the embossing. Although we did have a couple issues with the blue flowers tile not breaking as cleanly as we wanted. We got there in the end though. We did struggle on which grout looked best. We opted for white to make each tile really shine, but I think a dark grey would look amazing, too. The light grey we tried didn't impress us. I only wish there was a non-square plain tile that matched the mottled grey/white background as well as a finishing edge tile in the same white/grey background.
I should add that they arrived in perfect condition without any breaks. Love these tiles!”
