“Great price, fast service and tiles look great! I had to order an extra box . Delivery lorry turned up next day, they hadn’t been loaded! Called up, they apologised and sent again. They did refund the delivery charge. Can’t complain about it, it happens. So I’ll just mention it in this review. It’s how they deal with a problem, rather than we all think there never will be a problem.”
