“Poorly manufactured. My tiler described them as the worst tiles he had seen in the last 10 years. Tiles not flat, edges not straight. Thankfully he is a great tiler, so it still looks good.”

I can't see that we were made aware of any quality issues. Usually, if there are any, we do kindly ask to be notified prior to installation.
We would have been more than happy to rectify any issues, however now that they are laid, there is nothing that we can do.

“Lovely large tiles and the stone effect looks fantastic and much more interesting than plain ones. I wanted our new bathroom to have fairly neutral tiles so that in the future if we wanted to mix it up we could keep the tiles and just change some of the other features. These worked perfectly! So happy with my new bathroom”
