“We had a great experience with walls and floors, the ordering process was super simple to do on our own and we were able to over order by 10% with one easy click, for breakages etc. We had them delivered just over a week later, well packaged. When they were delivered we noticed the packaging said if there were any problems with the order like cracked tiles or anything to let them know within 24 hours but because we weren’t planning to use them for just over a week we didn’t want to open then until the time, we called and a lovely lady told us we can let her know when we had opened them no problem! Great experience can’t wait to use them again!”
